NEW COVERS NEW COVERS NEW COVERS

Holy Shit. There are a TON of new covers!!!!
With Sequels to many (mostly dystopian) YA books coming out in 2013, there's a crazy amount of cover reveals. Here they are:

This is a remade cover of Arson, and I personally LOVE IT. I really want this book now....

This is Whisper, the sequel to The Roar. I never read The Roar but it seems interesting and I love this new cover.

This isn't that new, but still worth mentioning, it's for the Gone series and is the finale, I have yet to read the Gone series. Which should be damn called the Fayz Sequence or something.

This is the sequel to Ashfall...which I hate. I never read it but ugh, it stole MY story idea, no big deal I guess though. Anyways, this title is terrible. The cover's great but I hate the title. Honestly, Ashfall, then Ashen Winter? Why not Ashfrost or Ashfreeze, that'd make a hell lot more sense.

Sequel to Enclave, which I must read, pretty awesome cover!

Sequel to Ashes, which I must read. Cool cover, same theme.

Final book in the Crusade series..h.mmm i like it! Never read them though, but I do own Crusade.

Third book of The Heroes of Olympus. Wow...I LOVE THIS.

Final book in the Tiger Saga, I think that's what its called.

EEEEP! COVER OF FINALE <333333 God...Finale...sucha horrible name:(

Third book in the Wither series, cool cover!

Never read them but im currently reading Delirium. Eh, this cover's alright, compared to the first two which were a lot more beautiful.

I'm not sure this is the final cover but I hope so, it's kind of AWESOME. Sequel to Starters btw.

Second book of the Newsoul series, sequel to Incarnate. So beautiful:)

AHHHHH<3 Destroy Me. OMGOMGOMGOGMOGM

This cover is AMAZING! I must read Unwind already.

OMG PRODIGY<3 I love this cover so much, glad it stuck with the theme.

UK cover of Zom-B, I hate the US one, so terrible...:(

Sequel to Under the Never Sky. Hm...I might make a fan cover for the third since I'm guessing it'll be called Above the Forever Light or something.

Sequel to Article 5. Love the cover and that the theme is the same, but eh...the title. It's a great title but I mean. Article 5 and then Breaking Ponit. Hm..

Awesome cover for the sequel to Dark Inside. Looks very Video-game-esque lol.

I HAVENT EVEN FINISHED PARTIALS BUT IM EXCITED FOR THIS. I really ought to finish Partials, I'm hearing the best thing about it. As well as Under the Never Sky.

Third book of matched. The cover's alright. I don't like her hair all that much, and ugh...Idk. I might just be mad at the series since I hated Crossed so much...and refuse to finish it.

This cover is GORGEOUS. I need to buy the new Shatter Me cover but must wait:(((

EEEP! CANNOT WAIT. Epic cover.

Not a new cover but an awesome one. I love it so much and am SOOOOOOO excited.

The. Rise. Of. Nine. Cover. Is. Epic. I should really finish the Power of Six, but that damn Convent is so boring...

This is so cool!!!!<3

Wow...I really should read Variant. This is just amazing.

Sequel to....um...oh gosh I forget. Something with an O in it somewhere...GLOW. OMG GLOW :D

I NEED TO READ THE FREAKING DAUGHTER OF SMOKE AND BONE. That cover is just drop dead GORGEOUS. So beautiful I can't even believe it.

So that's it, I think they're all pretty AWESOME!!! HBU???

Tell me about other covers  I missed, or if you're excited. Thanks! <3

RRR: City of Bones by Cassandra Clare

^Admire the sexyness that is Jace as you read my review.

As we've ALL heard, The Mortal Instruments trilogy by Cassandra Clare is brilliant. Now, after hearing the reviews, the ranting from my peers, and the constant scare of seeing a bunch of "runes" drawn all of my friends body, I said "eh, What the Hell, I SHALL READ IT!"
And so I did. Over the course of a year. Yes, from the beginning of one summer to the beginning of the next. It was often boring, but I think the trouble lied in my intense skills of being sidetracted and in procrasination.

Anyways, I gave City of Bones by Cassandra Clare, 3.5/5 stars.
THIS IS NOT BAD!!!! Well, not that bad at least.

The book was exciting, full of tons of action and excitement, full of great characters, funny quotes, and a lot of unraveling. The book could have been CONDENSED.
Unnecessary scenes were added and the excitement...wasn't all that exciting. Because of the constant "Run here. Do this. Smack this. Dangle this. Jump from this. Flamethrow action upon this." I was bored. It was simply running and fightnig, which to many is interesting, but for me, certain authors like Koushun Takami, Dan Brown, Suzanne Collins, Veronica Roth, etc. are the only ones who can pull it off. Otherwise, it's BORING.

The boringness of the novel, time it took me to read, and somewhat unecessary length made me bump it from 5 to 4. FOUR is good. (Totally just thought of Tobias from Divergent.)

Then...the ending. Alright, I'm going to say this ONCE.
Actually about a million times.

THE STUFF BELOW ARE SPOILERS. SPOILER ALERT. BEEP BEEP. SPOILERS. AS IN, IF YOU HAVEN'T READ IT, YOU WILL BE VERY ANNOYED. UNLESS YOU ENJOY SPOILERS. THEN CONTINUE.

Anyways. SPOILERS.
Down there.
Right there.

(I'm writing teeny because I feel it has some effect. This is a spoiler BTW. In case you weren't aware. The ending...it just pissed me off. Honestly, yes I know Clary and Jace will eventually sometime find out they aren't related but it was so irritating. I was left hanging like...that's it? After this huge book...that's it? I was just irritated, they should've ended on a better note and possibly have added the sibling stuff early in the book or later. Anyways...)

That's why it lost .5 stars.

Not a huge deal...but still irritating.

Otherwise, the book was great. Clary is a fierce warrior, quite sassy, and also interesting. Even with her as a main character I'm always flustered when i see her reactions!
Simon, he was annoying as hell at times, but overall he was very sweet and a great friend. Just a very fun character to have along the journey.
Jace is a BADASS. He is hilarious, strong, and like in Vampire Diaries, whenever he's around you know everything will be taken care of. (That was a Stefan reference btw. Though recently it's much more relevant to Damon...SEE WHAT I MEAN BY SIDETRACTED.) That was spelled wrong. Eh, who cares.

So yes, Isabelle was plain old sexy, with her Santana-like attitude. Alec, he was adorable, but rude to Clary. But since he's superior and gay...it's ALRIGHT! Magnus...oh Magnus...please...be mine.

Anyways, i'm drooling now.

This was an excellent read, hopefully you understand why it was bumped down, if not discuss below in the comments.

Thanks for checking out this review and sticking with me as I check out what's Between The Pages.

That sounded extremely cheesy and like Between The Lions.

It was satisfying.

Bye<3
